Please send your imprint instructions to us immediately. If you are emailing it to the art department, please put the name and order number on the subject line. We will not accept any responsibility for delays in processing an order if we do not receive the artwork in a timely manner.
Please allow between 24 to 72 hours for initial design proof or the time specified by the customer service agent (Not applicable for Rush orders).
We use standard ink colors and we can get close to any Pantone color. Pantone color match has a fee of $30.00 per color.
Please review the artwork and check the following: Spelling, Grammar, Contact Information (Phone numbers, email addresses, websites, addresses, and others), Omissions (any information left out that needs to be added), and Design.
We are not responsible for any omission, mistakes or errors on any order after customer finalizes his or her order and agrees to print the order.
We will not be responsible for typos, grammar errors or omissions after you have signed and approved the design for your order.
After you receive initial proof, we will accept 3 editions such as spelling errors, re-phrases, omissions or minor color changes. Any customer that returns with new pictures will have to pay $15.00 per round of editions or major layout changes will incur a new layout charge starting at $45.00 plus. No exceptions!
Any customer with a Flyer that requires printing only, must have 0.25-inch bleed all around with a 300 DPI resolution, actual size and CMYK color mode. If not possible, the customer will be charged a $20 to $45 fee for any corrections that Color Screen Pros has to make (i.e. bleeds, resolution, or color mode).
We require “camera ready” high resolution artwork so as to meet production timelines. Although we clean up and retouch any artwork/logo received in order to make it print worthy, if you do not provide clean, high-resolution, camera-ready artwork, we will not be responsible for the resulting poor imprint quality. Note that the added work involved in cleaning up any artwork will also add to production time, which may eventually delay the order. We will not accept responsibility for the delayed production on an order when the imprint provided is of poor quality.
