Please allow between 24 to 48 hours for initial artwork/design proof or the time specified by the customer service agent.
The customer will be notified when order is ready for pick up or customer can pick up his or her order at the time specified by customer service agent, whichever comes first.
Shipment of your orders will be made within 5 to 7 Business days or at the time specified by customer service agent, whichever comes first.
Rush orders will ship at the time specified by customer service agent.
