TIME

Normal Production time is between 5 to 7 business days after artwork approval (Not applicable for Rush Orders).
Any changes (colors, quantities, design details, garment’s styles and others) to your order/s have to be made by email.
Color Screen Pros will not be held responsible for any portion of an order where the customer supplies the garments. This includes garment and imprint. If we do not supply the garment, we cannot guarantee the job.

For every screen-printed order there is a 3% tolerance for misprints. The customer is responsible to supply extra garments if exact quantities are needed. We may not be able or have the right to refuse to print on certain types of garments.
When we receive an order, our team goes to work on finalizing art, setting up screens and scheduling equipment. As a result, once an order enters production, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.
