POLICY

  • All our orders are custom made specifically for each customer design and needs. There are NO returns for any custom imprinted order approved by the customer.

  • When we receive an order, our team goes to work on finalizing art, setting up screens and scheduling equipment. As a result, once an order enters production, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

  • Color Screen Pros will send you a proof for your design, with a mock up with approximate locations and the customer is responsible to review and approved the job before it goes into production.

  • Color Screen Pros will not be held responsible for any portion of an order where the customer supplies the garments. This includes garment and the print. If we do not supply the garment, we cannot guarantee the job.

  • For every screen-printed order there is a 3% tolerance for misprints. The customer is responsible to supply extra garments if exact quantities are needed. We may not be able or have the right to refuse to print on certain types of garments.

  • We are not responsible for any order left at Color Screen Pros more than 30 days.
